Case study — 9-floor individual bungalow, Juhu

The house sits on a connected compound wall with neighbouring societies. A tree from the adjoining plot bends onto the rear elevation and touches the 2nd-floor balcony, so an intruder can skip the main gate. Gate control was manual, with no plate record.

Pain areas

1. Perimeter wall shared with other societies — approach from the neighbour’s side is easy to miss.
2. Tree-to-balcony climb path on the rear 2nd floor.
3. Gate needed ANPR, not only a guard’s memory.

Solution provided

1. AI perimeter line
   8 IP cameras mounted 6 ft above the wall, with person-intrusion analytics (human class, not raw motion). An IP 15 W siren auto-announces at the security cabin when analytics fire.
2. Ajax + Optex on openings and the balcony
   Ajax panel, wireless siren, wireless keypad (arm/disarm). Optex curtain sensors on ground entries and specifically the 2nd-floor rear balcony covering the tree contact zone. Owner mobile app for intrusion push alerts.
3. ANPR + general CCTV
   ANPR at the main gate for plate capture / allow-list. Remaining elevations and interiors on CCTV + VMS for live view and evidence.
